Custom products:
Due to the particularity of customized products, customized products do not support return except for quality problems. Please understand. But don't worry, we will confirm with you before the customized product is sent out, and it will be sent out only after you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied, all customized products support 100% refund.
Return fee:
You only need to pay the shipping fee back to our warehouse. There is no need to pay any other fees. We will refund the purchase fee to your account within 1-2 working days after receiving it.nt.
Return Time Frame
Within 30 days from the date of receipt: Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return Processing Method
Request a return:
Log in to your account and navigate to the "Order History" page.
Find the order you wish to return and click the "Request a Return" button.
Fill out the return request form, including the reason for the return and relevant order information.
Return Confirmation:
The customer service team will review your return request within 1-2 business days.
If the return request is approved, you will receive an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and return address.
Return Shipping:
Pack the product together with the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Use a trackable courier service to send the package back to the designated return address.
Return postage is borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or the wrong product was sent.
Return Processing:
Once the returned product is received, our returns department will inspect the product.
Return processing time is 5-7 business days after receiving the return package.
After inspection, the refund will be returned to the customer in the original payment method, usually 3-5 business days to show in your account.
Return Notes
The product must be in its original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging.
Certain products such as lingerie, swimwear and custom-made products may not be subject to the return policy, please refer to the product page for details.
If the product is returned due to quality issues, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photo proof.
Exchange Processing
Request Exchange:
Log in to your account and navigate to the "Order History" page.
Find the order you want to exchange and click the "Request Exchange" button.
Fill out the exchange request form, including the reason for the exchange and relevant information about the new item.
Exchange Confirmation:
The customer service team will review your exchange request within 1-2 business days.
If the exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with the Exchange Authorization Number (RMA) and the exchange address.
Exchange Shipping:
Pack the product together with the Exchange Authorization Number (RMA). Use a trackable courier service to send the package back to the designated exchange address.
The exchange postage is borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to product defects or wrong goods.
Exchange processing:
After receiving the exchanged goods, our exchange department will inspect the goods.
The exchange processing time is 5-7 working days after receiving the exchange package.
After inspection, the new goods will be sent to you and the new courier number will be notified by email.
